We are Kippy, nice to meet you!  

we are a proudly neurodivergent and queer system dedicated to providing safe, inclusive property maintenance. 

Our journey started with a desire to enter mental health nursing to support our community. However, we soon realized that maintaining safe, functional, and comfortable living spaces is its own vital form of care.

We are a fully qualified carpenter equipped with a broad range of property maintenance skills that go far beyond just woodwork. Operating as a trauma-informed provider, our lived experience with C-PTSD & ADHD means we deeply understand the sensory, emotional, and physical needs of our clients. We don't just fix properties; we inspect & respect sanctuaries, ensuring every client feels safe and understood while we get the job done.
